Hello my name is Gareth Walker, I am an ex- Pickfords removals employee who is now the owner, driver / loader at Eze Move, an affordable Chester man and van removals company. I also provide a variety handyman services to assist around the home.

 

What you can expect from me on moving day is the peace of mind you get from knowing that you are trusting your move to someone who has received removals industry training, who is experienced and most importantly of all, to someone who enjoys his job and will always turn up once a booking has been confirmed.

I run a self pack removals company, by that what I mean is that my clients pack their own boxes and I take care of the physical side of lifting and loading for them when I arrive on moving day. This includes placing everything in the correct rooms in the new property.

 

Whilst I do not currently offer a full packing service, what I am able to offer is a  shrink wrapping service, ideal for those clients moving into non temperature controlled storage over winter and require an added layer of protection for their fabric sofas and wooden furniture in order to prevent moisture ingress.

 

I am also able to dismantle beds and other furniture items and reassemble them at the new property. Every move is different, sometimes I am able to dismantle and reassemble furniture on moving day itself, other times that isn't always possible and so clients are welcome to request I visit to do the dismantling, the day before, or a few days before moving day, whichever is most convenient. There is a surcharge for the add-on service of dismantling and reasembling of furniture, which can be included in your quotation.​
